If this bug is linked to your other thread ("predicting the topic of .txt files"), to help us to debug this error
can you decrease the number of .txt files in each folder. For example, you can keep only 25% of the files in a folder to begin and (re)execute the process.

I did as you suggested and kept only 25% of the files in each folder but the process stopped in between and following error came.
Note: You are using n-grams and no pruning which is resulting in a crazy number of attributes (660,426 only using topic 0!). This is just not good data science and could easily be causing your computer to blow up metaphorically. I would strongly advise using pruning to bring your attributes down to a reasonable number.
I'll leave this ticket open if you can help me see how to repeat this bug. So far cannot I cannot.

sgenzerP.S. I was trying to predict 8 classes as Topic a-h. I guess may be I sent you the process with one class when may be I was trying things out so, you got the wrong idea of me processing only one class!
